Stunning blue flowers and lucite 50s handbag

Gorgeous American handbag,very unusual blue linen bag covered with plastic covering,underneath which lies small blue fabric flowers,it has a lucite handle and measures 11 in wide at the bottom,depth from clasp to bottom is 7 in.There are some marks on the interior which I have photographed,my guess is a bottle of perfume spilled!
